Annie Lennox
Annie Lennox's parents include Dorothy Farquharson as well as Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox are her parents. Lennox received a scholarship to attend London's Royal Academy of Music for three years. Lennox made it through on an allowance for students as well as working part-time to supplement her earnings. Then, Lennox began to work for her debut album as a solo artist Diva which came out in 1992. The album had a tremendous success both commercially as well as critically. Nostalgia Lennox's sixth solo record came out in November of 2014. The C.D. contains a collection of Lennoxs favourite blues and soul jazz tracks from her early years. Lepidoptera is a compilation of four songs that were improvised by piano that Lennox has released in May 2019. This E.P. The E.P. is her first independent album and a companion to an art installation she created at Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art entitled Now I Let you Go... Annie Lennox is a Scottish musician and singer who was born on the 25th of December 1954. The Tourists had a minor popularity in the latter part of the 1970s. Lennox as well as Dave Stewart, a fellow musician, went on to gain international recognition in the 1990s when they formed the Eurythmics. Lennox debuted her solo music career in 1992, through the album Diva. It included a number of well-known songs, including the hit song Walking On Broken Glass and What's the Matter with You. Medusa her 1995 studio album has cover versions of songs including No MoreI I Love Yous andA Whiter Shade of Pale. She has released six solo studio and compilation albums. |
