Born on 2 December 1982 in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actor and model who is well-known for her roles in film and TV series. Brandt made her debut as a model in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut was with her character Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress was featured on numerous shows over the past decade and included in them Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians and Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Brandt is currently playing Mazikeen as a character from Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was raised in Cape Town, South Africa. The family moved to Auckland, New Zealand with her family when she was in her late teens. The path she took to her career started as model in print as well as commercial advertisements. Before becoming a famous model, she worked as a retail salesperson, and as a recruitment consultant in the field of information technology. In the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity, where she played Leilani F'auigaese back in 2009, her first major role was taken on. in 2021, her first major role came in the role of Naevia the slave girl in Starz's Spartacus Blood and Sand. Naevia's role is also reprised by her in the Spartacus miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker and she co-starred in three different television shows, Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, Mazikeen started her new role as a bounty-hunting demon in Netflix's hit show Lucifer. It's her biggest role to date.
