Brandt made her American debut on Spartacus: Blood and Sand, a historical drama. Her acting career in New Zealand in the show Diplomatic Immunity. The actress was a part of several television shows over the course of the last decade, such as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. Brandt is currently playing Mazikeen as a character from Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was raised in Cape Town, South Africa. The family moved to Auckland with her family when she reached her twenties. Her career began as model for print ads and commercial ads.
