Lesley Ann Brandt, born December 2, 1981, is an actor and model who has been featured in a variety of TV series as well as films. Brandt was a model and actress who started her acting in the new Zealand's Diplomatic Immunity sitcom and made her American debut on the stage with the character of Naevia as part of the historical show Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress was a part of numerous television series over the course of the last decade, such as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies and The Librarians. Brandt is currently playing Mazikeen, a character in Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was raised in Cape Town in South Africa. The family moved to Auckland with her family in her late teens. Her professional career began when she was model for print ads and commercial advertisements. Her meteoric rise as a supermodel started when she began working in retail and information technology recruiting. In 2009, she got her first part as Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. The year 2021 was the year that her debut role in the spotlight was in the role of Naevia the slave in Starz's Spartacus Blood and Sand. In addition, she reprised her character of Naevia for the prequel miniseries Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker and she co-starred on three separate television series, Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). She began playing Mazikeen, a demon who hunts for bounty in Netflix's top show Lucifer. It's her biggest role to date. In the show, she is paired alongside Tom Ellis Lauren French Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
